IT Strategic Planning

A good IT Strategic Plan ensures that IT service delivery fully supports your organisation's business plans. Our consulting team believes that there should not be any items in the IT Strategic Plan that don't directly underpin one or more of your organisation's KPIs.

Generally our approach is to break the strategic planning process into two segments: Firstly we work with you to develop and document a "rolling" Strategic IT plan - typically with a three year outlook. Then, working from the strategic plan, we develop a detailed Tactical Implementation Plan / IT Business Plan, which is designed to drive successful project outcomes for the coming year.
