Scott Coleman
Managing Director

Scott's extensive experience in IT Project Management spans 17 years. His key achievements include the fast track IT implementation for World 4 Kids (Coles Myer), and successfully delivering the rollout of a client server network for every Westpac branch office nationally, one of the Westpac banking Group's largest projects ever undertaken at that time.

Scott established Australian Project & Consulting Services Pty Ltd in July of 2000 after seeing an opportunity for dedicated and independent IT project management and consulting expertise.

As the Managing Director of APCS, Scott leads a skilled and dedicated team of twenty professionals, supporting the IT Project Delivery capability of some of Australia's largest and high profile companies.



Craig Dennis
Director - Consulting Services

Craig's wide ranging IT career spans more than 23 years encompassing key operational and management roles across an extensive range of technologies.

During the Victorian Government's Kennett era Craig was a member of the Victorian Superannuation Board Executive Committee and observed first hand the role of influence on decision making in both government and large organisations.

His key achievements include an extensive review of the tender process for a publicly owned infrastructure business and the development of a customised project management methodology for a software developer in the financial services sector. Craig also investigated the viability of an innovative Internet based gold trading system on behalf of a venture capitalist and has managed the implemention of a number of document imaging and workflow systems.

Craig is also a strong advocate for the development of robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans that primarily focus on reinstating company operations rather than discrete technology components.

As Director - Consulting Services at APCS, Craig assists Businesses to align their activities within the IT Department with their operational and strategic goals, supporting the IT Delivery capability of some of Australia 's largest and high profile companies.



Brian Nourse
Chief Operating Officer

With over 15 years experience in the IT and event industry Brian is an accomplished and respected senior manager.

Prior to joining APCS, Brian was the Group Manager - Technology for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. In this position Brian had ultimate responsibility for the planning, delivery and operation of the IT&C services and infrastructure established for the Games.

Previously Brian was the Engineering and IT Manager with the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, a diversified role requiring an extensive array of skills to successfully plan and manage multiple aspects of the Formula One and Motorcycle Grand Prix events staged in Victoria.

Throughout his career, Brian has had extensive experience in the planning, development and management of major projects and events, with particular emphasis in the areas of technology, infrastructure and operations.

As Chief Operating Officer at APCS, Brian is responsible for the ongoing strategic development and operational support of the business, as well as applying his wealth of experience, expertise and knowledge to projects.



Horry Walker
Sales Manager

Horry is a veteran of the IT industry with over 20 years experience in sales management and business development across the major IT corporations in Australia including Memorex Telex, Unisys and Symantec.

During his career, Horry has developed strong alliances with both Channel Partners and Vendors with significant business development across major corporations such as: IBM, Fujitsu, HP, Volante, Accenture and Dell.

Key achievements across the private and government sectors over time have included projects with the ANZ Banking Group, AXA, Australia Post and Telstra.

In addition to the role of Sales Manager at APCS, Horry is also responsible for the leadership of the Sales group and strategic marketing and business development objectives.
